Ctrl+Q doesn't closes "Desktop and Wallpaper" window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Desktop
2. Right click to call Context Menu
3. Choose "Desktop and Wallpaper"
4. Press Ctrl+Q
OBSERVED RESULT
Ctrl+Q doesn't closes the window.
