Bug ID: 493259
Summary: Invalid SSH authentication popup is not resizable,
title is truncated, and one button is unlabeled
Classification: Frameworks and Libraries
Product: kio-extras
Version: 24.08.1
Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: SFTP
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Target Milestone: ---
I have a home/media server that I access from my laptop for browsing media.
I use Dolphin and have configured the server as a remote "Place" in Dolphin at
sftp://[email protected]:1022/media/
As I authenticate via keypair instead of password, what happens is that every
now and then I'm asked by a popup to enter my private key's passphrase. I've
noticed that if I type it wrong, the popup that appears has a few issues,
summarized in the title.
Attaching also a screenshot for reference.
P.S. I dunno if this is a KIO bug or a Dolphin or something else. I inspected
the window class for the auth failed popup in the screenshot, and it showed the
following:
`Window settings for org.kde.kiod6`
Please accept my apology and assign to the correct product if I made a mistake.
Thanks!
