STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have your OS lock automatically
2. unlock
3. attempt to change brightness via scrolling on the icon or clicking it and
dragging the slider
OBSERVED RESULT
doesnt change, the slider glitched to where your dragging it to and back to
where its stuck
EXPECTED RESULT
for brightness to be changed
