STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin settings
2. click on "Previews" tab
3. set "Local storage: Show previews for" to "files below 1 MiB" and click on
"OK" button
4. set Dolphin to icon view mode
5. make sure the Preview feature of Dolphin is activated
6. open a folder containing video files larger than 1 MiB
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin unexpectedly shows the preview for video files larger than 1 MiB
EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin only shows the preview for video files below 1 MiB
