Default configuaration of breeze colors renders in unreadable tooltips in
non-native (gtk) applications, which is a major drawback. See
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=197071 (screenshot of inkscape). Not
everybody has time to google for workarounds (like disabling "Apply colors to
non-QT-applications"), so you should change configuration appropriately.
