SUMMARY
Sound does not work on my laptop
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in
2. attempt to turn up the sound
3. it does not turn up the sound
OBSERVED RESULT
It stays mute even though the icon says different
EXPECTED RESULT
For the sound to work

macOS:
