I've got a ugee M708 and I can confirm this issue.
As reported in bug 366814 the outline doesn't follow the cursor but stays in
the place where the stylus was lifted. Then when the stylus gets back to the
tablet surface a line connets those two points.
I've also tested the tablet with Medibang and there it works fine.
