SUMMARY
Desktop icons sometimes return to their original location after a few seconds
of being moved.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select one or multiple desktop icons
2. Drag them to new position
OBSERVED RESULT
After second, icons are moved to previous position.
EXPECTED RESULT
Icons remain in the new location
