SUMMARY
DDCUTIL, powerdevil, plasma-desktop ISSUE ?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start up EndeavourOS or CachyOS with recent Plasma 6.2 update
2. boots up, gets to plasma desktop, goes to black screen
3. if I open up terminal with CTL-ALT #, and return to plasma-desktop with
CTL-ALT# : NORMAL plasma desktop
