SUMMARY
If I adjust the brightness in Plasma desktop, my monitor leaves the HDR mode.
Both monitor brightness and SDR brightness trigger this bug.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Adjust brightness from the system tray or the SDR brightness in system
settings.

My monitor leaves HDR mode, and become darker
EXPECTED RESULT
My monitor is still in HDR mode.
