SUMMARY
It is not possible to resize picture in picture windows from Firefox on
XWayland
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run firefox under xwayland: MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=0 firefox
2. Open a website with video playing and enable picture in picture
3. Try to resize the PIP window
OBSERVED RESULT
Window cannot be resized
EXPECTED RESULT
Window resizes as expected
