Kdevelop behaves very ressource hungry on a complex C++ source base and
therefore occupies
about 20-40G of RAM+Swap. After application exit I observe kdevelop working,
reading and writing from
swap in the background. Most probably it stores the backend parser data. But
the user
is left in the dark about that. If we try to restart Kdevelop, only then we are
informed that
another instance is still active.
