Coloring of "older" categories which existed before the severe category bug
#352645 in kOrganizer 5 was fixed does not work, they are always shown in
default color even if another color has been configured.
Coloring of newly created categories seems to work, but this does not help for
older (also recurring) entries in the calender of which I have many.
