STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover when updates for flatpaks are available
2. try to install the updates for flatpaks available
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
after click on "Update all" button, the updates are not installed. However, the
updates are installed when running "flatpak update" in a terminal.
Terminal prints these messages after click on "Update all" button:
