I am also experiencing this issue intermittently. I can't identify how to
reproduce it reliably just yet. But I've noticed that sometimes when Adaptive
Sync is set to "Always", and you let your screen/mouse idle, the frame rate
drops to ~48fps and that is when I notice the flicker. I have a 120hz monitor.

When the Adaptive Sync is changed to "Automatic" or "Never", then the screen
frame rate stays at 120fps and the flicker no longer happens.
