SUMMARY
Spectacle rectangular region tool distorts displays and doesn't function
correctly if more than one monitor is active. This is a relatively new issue. I
am using Wayland on OpenSuse with intel graphics. I am attaching a picture of
what happens.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Confirm system has multiple monitors active
2. Open Spectacle and choose rectangular region
OBSERVED RESULT
Displays split/distort and Spectacle isnt usable
EXPECTED RESULT
No change in display, ability to drag rectangle

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If I disable my second screen, no issue. This worked fine previously with
multiple displays.
