SUMMARY
Android Studio UI stops updating after minimizing the window.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Android Studio project
2. Minimize window
3. Unminimize it and notice that it's no longer updating
OBSERVED RESULT
UI works and reacts to input.
EXPECTED RESULT
UI doesn't work and doesn't react to input.
