Konsole intermittently experiences crashes or freezes when attempting to close
a tab. The issue is more frequent when multiple tabs are open, and a process is
still active in one of the tabs. When closing the tab, Konsole often fails to
terminate it correctly, causing the application to become unresponsive. This
results in the need to force quit Konsole via the system's task manager,
disrupting workflow and possibly leading to lost terminal output or unsaved
data.
