If your homeserver (KDE.org currently) is having issues, you get a lot of this
message popup, and it covers the input box and the recent chat history.
Can we please move this error message elsewhere, and not show 1,000 of it when
something does happen?
One message per account where this a homeserver issue would be plenty, repeat
duplicate error messages should be consolidated or not shown.
