- open a LabPlot file of your choice
- go to the preferences and change the decimal separator to something different
than you see in your spreadsheet then press Apply or OK.
result: the change is not applied. Meaning if you had e.g. comma and set it to
dot, you still see the comma in the spreadsheet.
To fix this bug, LabPlot must popup a dialog stating that the change will only
have an effect after restarting LabPlot and offering to do the restart.
