Definetly the latter, I've been using cmake 2.6 since quite some time now. As far as the library goes: all that use phonon, which is libkhtml, libkfileaudiopreview (which seems to be a plugin) and knotifyconfig. I don't know anymore which variables in kdebase/CMakeCache.txt had the wrong references, but the <foo>_LIB_DEPENDS in kdelibs/CMakeCache.txt of the above 3 libs had it.
