Sure. It shouldn't be too hard to implement because I can easily create what I want by linking with the :::::: and then applying a second step which replaces all those characters with '\0' bytes. However, that approach doesn't work for people whose ld tools check the RPATH immediately. We just need a flag that says how many extra zero bytes should be allocated.
