Odd, it does seem to have magically fixed itself. Something apparently 
changed over the weekend.

I'm going to quit trying for now. If it isn't fixed, chances are I'll 
run into it again, as 'nuke $KDE_BUILD, make, nuke $KDEDIR, make' 
(explicitly running cmake for both 'make' steps) is something I tend to 
do every so often. However it takes long enough that I'm not interested 
in continuing iterations thereof solely to try to track this down.
