That's ok.
Maybe trying to include both makes sense ?

include(../SuperBuildOptions.cmake OPTIONAL)
include(SuperBuildOptions.cmake OPTIONAL)

Or should they have different names then ?
Like, e.g. GlobalSuperBuildOptions.cmake ?
