If nobody has any objections, i'll reset the passwords for konq-bugs and kde-bugs-dist and send them to Valorie. In regards to kde-artists, kget, owncloud, kde-perl, kde-solaris and kpovmodeler-devel, I would like to close these lists unless there is a reason to retain them. For the owncloud list, that has since migrated to their own systems I believe.
