It's all spam and I'm not logging in to delete spam. I go into the
list if there is a real mail which needs to be moderated. Then I drop
the spam.

If we could automatically and reliably detect spam so it doesn't get
in the moderation queue, why have a moderation queue at all?
I'm sure there is already a ton of spam that is getting filtered
automatically. The mod queue gets what remains.
The current moderation queue for KWin has three messages. Two of them

I think if the cause is "Message is suspected to be spam" it can be
dropped. We still have then quite a lot of mails coming in as spam.
If it's a legitimate mail I expect that the user will react based on the
automated reply.
