Deleting https://userbase.kde.org/Krita/Manual

[Boudewijn Rempt]

This version of Krita's manual is dead. It's outdated, it's not even pushing 
up the daisies, it's been decomposed too much to aid any daisy in its growth 
and flowering. How can we can completely eradicate it? I haven't found a way 
myself...
