Hi everyone,

there popped up an interview with Linus and one question was how to
successfully run an open source project and build a sustainable community.
The answer boils down to "being responsive", i.e. answer mails/review
requests/... quickly.

You can watch the video yourself:
https://video.golem.de/oss/21810/linus-torvalds-im-gespraech-mit-dirk-hohndel.html
The relevant part starts at around minute 20. Of course, you can also watch
the entire thing ;)

I thought that might be interesting in the context of welcoming new
contributors - being responsive is a key to keeping them with the project,
until they are so good such that they can start maintaining parts
themselves.

Probably not a new thing, but maybe it helps to hear it from Linus ;)

Greetings
Dominik
