As a packager who had to deal with many license inconsistencies (not due to bad behavior, but due to large, historical codebases): how do you plan on dealing with changing / switching, etc. licenses with "pseudonymous" contributions (yes, even with mail addresses it can be a problem, but even more if you don't even know who you're addressing, IMO)?
