A task and a document are different thing. A set of tasks are action items which specifies is an action item which > > Docs, in contrast, are static and do not display any motivation for migration. > "Top 10 Reasons Why We Can't Use Git". We may have a different ideas about documents, maybe. A living document on the wiki (I read what Alexander wrote, but I think that the wiki is the best place) is something that can evolve. When it's clear that there are possible follow-ups, tasks can be created (this is not specific to this issue, it's a more general process). I'm not sure also why it should have a snarky title like that. It could be something on the line of "Requirements and issues for migrating translations to git". -- Luigi
