Hello, This week we kicked-off KDE's End of Year fundraiser campaign with a bit of joke playing on the Black Friday meme. We announced that all KDE software was available at discount prices
https://floss.social/@kde/109388508695485068 and then have been playing all week with the "Blue Friday" concept (i.e. "don't buy stuff, instead give to KDE"). We culminated the whole thing today with a short video: "Katie and Konqi go shopping": https://floss.social/@kde/109403515177582336 Next week we will roll out a more conventional donations page, with a more winter holiday-like theme and a more conventional link. That said, we will keep the old link for a for late-comers.
