When compiling kde-baseapps nepomuk is optional:

But not when dolphin tests are considered:

are set to NOTFOUND.
Please set them or make sure they are set and tested correctly in the
CMake files:

linked by target "dolphinsearchboxtest" in directory
/home/arysin/work/OSS/KDE/kde-baseapps/dolphin/src/tests
NEPOMUK_QUERY_LIBRARIES (ADVANCED)
linked by target "dolphinsearchboxtest" in directory
/home/arysin/work/OSS/KDE/kde-baseapps/dolphin/src/tests
We probably should adjust the dolphin tests
