It is a released part of KDE SC, but nobody seems to have packaged or tested it. In Kubuntu it's in the kubuntu-ppa/experimental PPA, I'm not aware of other distros that have packaged it. There's also a list for it which is pretty quiet https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/ksecretservice-devel ksecrets does not seem to have a GUI or config tool. Jonathan
