Notifications of any form are currently not supported by either personal clones or scratch repositories. > Rebase on officially published repository is always bad. Technically it is impossible to rebase on the mainline repositories as nobody has permission to perform a force push upon any branch/tag/ref on them. Of course one can always delete and then recreate the branch, but only if they are the repository admin. > > For cherry-picking, there is not so much to do, as they are new commits. > Merged commits (not rebased), afaik, do not produce new notifications.
