Ah sorry, I didn't understand the "is not visible from ReviewBoard" earlier. 
This looks like a ReviewBoard bug - if you give it a parent diff it can 
apparently create a request, but not generate the diff view then. I'll replace 
the diff with an independent one in a moment, sorry about that.
