Hello everyone, This is the minutes of the Week 46 KF5 meeting. As usual it has been held on #kde-devel at 4pm Paris time.
Were present: afiestas, agateau, apol, dfaure, dMaggot, jpwhiting, mdemeyer, mgraesslin, randomguy3, Riddell, sebas, svuorela and myself. Announcement: * I plan to open the pandora box next week (aka start splitting repos); * Please complete all tasks by then (including having interfaces/ out of the way); * afiestas picked a task, then put it back in the hat; * he also worked on KDirWatch; * agateau did more standalone build fixes; * he's desperately looking for people to review his superbuild change: https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/113506/ ; * he also needs cmake help regarding kservice_to_json: http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.kde.devel.frameworks/7494 ; * last but not least he's trying to finalize the include dir policy; * apol has been working on standalone builds; * he also helped with the KIO split as it was a blocker; * dfaure has been working on interfaces/ but most of that is blocked waiting for feedback on k-f-d (kimproxy can go away though); * he also plans to move the KModifierKeyInfo discussion forward; * he handed over the kio move to apol; * dMaggot has been working on some dnssd changes; * he's also been working on the standalone build fixes; * he'll now work on the remaining KStyle task; * jpwhiting is still working on knewstuff; * he'll now turn kspeech into a proper framework; * mdemeyer has been working on standalone build fixes; * mgraesslin is working on kwindowsystem changes, they're almost ready to go now; * he's also working on the new KColorSchemeManager; * he ported kglobalacceld to xcb; * randomguy3 has been working around fixing warnings and porting TODOs; * he's also been working on KDBusService; * he'll now turn kmediaplayer into a proper framework; * Riddell is done for the coinstallability on kdelibs and kactivities; * he's on kde-runtime for it now; * sebas is still working on workspace applets; * he's also doing pw2 coordination work; * svuorela managed to get a debian armhf build; * he's also still monitoring the windows builds, and managed one with a smaller KDECompilerSettings; * teo got ksmserver to build and run; * it is not fully functional yet, some dbus issues still; * ervin reviewed others patches as usual; * he did the doc directory moves; * also did some build system fixes which will allow to get rid of the top level CMakeLists.txt * he briefly looked into interfaces; * he's pushing forward for soon to happen repository split; If you got questions, feel free to ask.
