KDE has expanded over the last few years to include projects which are not based on kdelibs or kf5 (or even Qt). There are e-mails about new project incubation, upcoming conferences and CFPs and other semi-social topics. I am interested in these discussions and I thought that this is what k-c-d is for.

+1 for killing the ReviewBoard traffic on kde-core-devel, though.
