Either
- Fix the first argument to KAboutData to be the same as the base name
in the desktop file. The desktop file name is org.kde.welcomecenter, so
you would need to pass "welcomecenter" instead of "plasma-welcome" to
KAboutData
- Use KAboutData::setDesktopFileName("org.kde.welcomecenter")
