This is a bug in the Swedish translation that I have fixed now. The translations for ark_addtoservicemenu.desktop actually come from http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n- kde4/sv/messages/kdeutils/desktop_kdeutils_ark.po, which is automatically updated by scripty, as Albert explained.
