Hey, Welcome to the Community, Well, You need to get the sources, get the programs that you want to work on, Talk to people that work on that program, share your ideas. we don't 'demand' people to work on anything, it must come from you. So, if you really wanna help, Search for a program within KDE Community that you like, try to fix a bug, ask questions on IRC. and of course, take a good read at the techbase. techbase.kde.org , it will teach you how to get the sources, compile and create some small examples.
