No, because the KDE3 part of code was not in use anymore and the other function... only 4-5 lines (even though it contained solution for the problem, without me having to research deeper into it), I was really hesitant to ask for clarification reg. license from the developer itself :-) But since all the included code is GPLv2, I will include the copyright attribution only.
