You either don't have the openbabel headers installed or their location is not in the CMAKE include paths. Assuming openbabel should be marked as required in the cmake config, you should have gotten a cmake error about this? (never built kalzium, but openbabel seems crucial for a chemistry application) Cheers, Thomas
