For as start, they are not free-as-in-beer. https://cloud.google.com/translate/v2/faq Other google services does not allow explicitely the usage of derivatative data with free licenses (ask OpenStreetMap contributores...), so better be cautious. Especially if the result of this script is going to land in official KDE repositories, but _even_ if it's not (as the software could join the KDE community at some point), please refrain from using online automatic translation services without a proper (legal) investigation.
