I work how sysadmin and I'd like to develop for KDE in this way.
As for the development 'm just a beginner. (I know C and C ++)
Is there any APP that needs support ?

Knowing that will help find a good mentor that can help you get
started. For example if you'd like to work on Kate, someone that knows
