We are migrating our application, from gnome to kde.
have a look at my application snapshot (it was gnome..):

I would like being able to set similar bottom panels in kde.
Is there a way to setup 2 panels one on top of each other, like the
bottom picture ?
1 default panel and another one whith applications buttons.
We tried it in kde, but the panels overlap .
