Hey Rodrigo,

Can you make your paper publically accessible to us? I'm not a member of any 
organization that offers free access to IEEE papers and don't want to pay for 
that, but the topic is interesting for me.

Furthermore, when you ask us all to participate, the least you can do is make 
your results public, no?
