I'd ideally want something like "Dolphin now lets you select files and upload them to the ISS" instead of a series of messages that go "add extraterrestrial sendto targets", "add ISS destination class" etc. Have a look at the ChangeLog file in the Konversation repo - it's a brilliant example of what end-used changelogs should be like.
