Release status of QCA?

Looking at the branches for QCA 
(https://invent.kde.org/libraries/qca/-/branches), it looks quite 
actively developed but isn't on the Frameworks or Release Service 
schedules and I can't tell when the last release was. Should it maybe 
move to a more common schedule?
