https://repology.org/project/gcc/versions is the closest thing I know. Mileage may vary as distributions tend to have multiple compiler versions available even within the same releases and they aren't necessarily named simply 'gcc' or 'clang' but may have fancy version pre-/suffixes. FWIW, plasma already chose to use C++17 in places. HS
