It's always subjective, but I was specifically thinking of bugs like
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=458099 in which we accidentally
introduced an API break and then fixed it.
I was going to send out a patch request, but something like this really
deserves a new release IMO, just in the interest of our API
compatibility promise.
